Easily update the details of your construction project by following these instructions:

1. Login and click on Projects.

2. Select the project that you want to work on.

3. Click on 'Settings' in the project navigation menu.

4. Project settings are divided as follows:

  • Project details (name, address, and start date)
  • Loan details (equity structure and funding sources)
  • Documents (required documents)
  • Rules (automatic checks in place)
  • Reviewers (people that must review every draw submission)
  • Shareable link (the URL that third parties use to upload their documents)

Click on the 'Edit' link for any section to make changes.

Click 'Submit' when you are done.
